“The Imperfect Journey” was a partnership between Tres Generaciones and Genius. The campaign paired musicians and artists together in a candid discussion about overcoming adversity - culminating with a reveal of a custom art piece inspired by one of the musician’s stories. The pairings were: Pusha T and Al-Baseer Holly, J.I.D. and Zeph Farmby, Baby Tate and Distortedd. A microsite was also created that housed all of the content, themed to Genius’ larger design system around hip-hop’s 50th anniversary.
